Winter can put extra pressure on household budgets. If you’re struggling with bills, food or debt, please contact our Welfare Benefits Advice Team. We can check you’re receiving all the benefits you are entitled to and signpost you to other support, such as: 

•  Support when you need it
  • If you’re experiencing financial pressures, we’re here to help. We can explore a variety of support options and funding opportunities that may be available to you and your household. Contact us for a confidential conversation about the help that may be available. 

• HACT Fuel Fund
  • This fund supports social housing residents who are struggling with energy costs. Eligible households on a prepay meter can receive up to six vouchers, worth £49 each. 

• Crisis and Resilience
  • The government provides local authority funding to help residents in need. You do not need to be in receipt of benefits to apply. If you need help contacting your local council or applying to the Crisis and Resilience Fund, the ccha Welfare Team is here to support you.
