Housing management teams

Neighbourhoods Team

The team looks after all the general needs, homeownership, London Living Rent and leasehold properties and includes both the housing team and income team.

If you see any of the team on your estate, feel free to stop and say hello. On some occasions, they may knock on your door to see how things are.

Estate action days

The team holds estate action days throughout the year to visit and get feedback from you about what is going on at your estate. In 2024/25, we visited 16 estates. You’ll receive a text when we are due to visit your estate, so keep an eye out.

Gloria is responsible for making sure that the Neighbourhood Services Team delivers an effective service to residents.

The Homeownership Officer looks after all our shared ownership, London Living Rent and leasehold properties. If a site has a mixture of these and general rented properties, they will likely look after the entire site.

They can help with tenancy or lease matters, staircasing, resales, rents and service charges, and anti-social behaviour.

They carry out monthly estate inspections and quarterly health and safety inspections on the estates they manage. If you’d like to join them on one, please contact us.

The Senior Neighbourhoods Officer manages the Neighbourhoods Officers. They support the Neighbourhoods Manager to deliver a great service to residents.

Shantel and Simmone each look after a selection of our general needs homes, so you will be allocated one of them to support you.

If you aren’t sure who your housing officer is, please get in touch.

They can help with tenancy matters, mutual exchanges, transfers, successions, tenancy terminations and anti-social behaviour.
