We provide housing for those on the local council waiting list as well as offering homes for sale and for rent through Shared Ownership, London Living Rent & Help to Buy.

Who We Are

Founded as Croydon Churches Housing Association in 1967, ccha is a social housing provider with a focus on quality homes and excellent customer care. We have over 1500 homes across the London Boroughs of Croydon, Sutton & Bromley. We provide a variety of homes which include: Social housing, shared ownership and outright sales.

ccha aspires to build more quality homes and continue to have a positive impact on the local communities in which we operate. Our focus is on ensuring that our residents are happy and safe in their homes.
