Dear residents,
As you know, many people are working remotely and this is the case for ccha staff. We want to thank you for your patience and understanding during this time while we take your calls.
We are using a different phone system and due to remote working, staff availability is less visible than it was in our office. When you call, we want to make sure we are addressing your issues and getting you through to the correct person, so if they aren’t available our new IT system is in place to log your call and ensure a call back. 89% of those who requested a call back, were called within 2 days. If you do call and cannot get through to the correct person, we recommend using this call back system to ensure your query is logged and we can deal with your issue effectively.
