We’re opening our doors on 10–11 June 2026, and you’re invited!

This is your chance to hear what’s planned for the year ahead, tell us what you think, and help shape improvements across our services.

• Session 1: Wednesday 10 June – 10am–12pm
• Session 2: Thursday 11 June 10am–12pm
• Session 3: Thursday 11 June 2pm–4pm
• Session 4: Thursday 11 June 6pm–8pm

What’s happening on the day?

Each session includes a short introduction. After that, explore our project stands, meet staff, and enjoy some refreshments.

• Income Team: Find out how the team can support you with finances and paying your rent.
• Damp and mould: Learn how the team are tackling damp and mould and get tips to keep your home healthy.
• Out performance: Find out how we’ve been performing and what we’re doing to improve.
• Customer services: Discover how we’re improving your experience and share your feedback.
• New Customer Portal: Help shape our new online portal. Tell us the features that matter most to you.
• Residents’ Panel: Meet the panel and find out how you can get involved.
• Refreshments: Take a break and enjoy some light refreshments with us.
