How to pay

Rent and service charges are due in advance to make sure you don’t fall behind with payments and go into arrears. You can pay in a variety of ways. 

Direct debit – contact us to set up your direct debit. We can complete this over the phone or send you a form to fill out and return to us.

Bank transfercontact us for our bank details and you can make a bank transfer. 

Standing ordercontact us for our bank details and you can set up a regular standing order. 

Over the phone – call us on 0800 054 6710 and we can take a payment over the phone and email you the receipt. Or if you call 0800 054 6710, you can press option 2 to make an automated payment. 

Pay online – log into your account with allpayments.net to make a payment. 

Visit a PayPoint with your rent card – if you need to order a rent card, please contact us, it will take around 3-4 working days to arrive.  Always keep your receipt as proof of payment for your records.

Resident portal – our resident portal is currently down while to fix some issues. We will update this page with more information soon.
