The President’s Fund

The aim of the President’s Fund is to consider and allocate funding for specific schemes or projects. It intends to support, promote and enhance resident involvement within ccha.
The President’s Fund of £55,000 funds various initiatives including social and community events and activities. It also funds improvements to estates that sit outside of our general repairs or grounds maintenance contracts.
Some examples of how the fund may be used:
- Social activities
- Community initiatives
- Training to develop skills
- Fun days
