The myccha customer portal is currently offline while we look at new options for our digital service offering. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause. If you’d like to be involved in the development of a new customer portal and provide feedback on what features we should include, please fill out the form below.
If you need to pay or check your rent in the meantime, please see the options below.
- Call us on 020 8680 7532 or freephone 0800 054 6710. You can make an automated payment or speak to one of our Customer Service Advisors who can take payments, send rent statements, order a rent card, set up or change your direct debit or put you in touch the Income team to discuss payments plans.
- Visit https://www.allpayments.net/ to make a payment if you have a rent card.
- Visit a PayPoint or post office to pay rent in person if you have a rent card.
