Introducing Legacy Youth Zone in Croydon

We’re very excited to announce that CCHA have signed up as one of the Founder Patrons to invest in the Croydon Legacy Youth Zone.
After 7 successful years of working with Elevating Success to deliver the School’s Out initiative, we’ve made the decision to try a new avenue, offering young people a year-round service. By being a founder patron, we’ll have several places reserved for CCHA residents – more info to follow on that soon!
Croydon Youth Zone, a state-of-the-art youth hub, is set to open in September 2019, with plans to be open 365 days a year for young people aged 8 – 19. The Zone caters for all backgrounds, all abilities and all the community. They will also cater for young disabled people up to the age of 25 through inclusive ability sessions.
It will be a place for making new friends, taking part in activities and trying something new. To list but a few, some of the activities available include:
- Boxing
- Trampolining
- Karaoke
- Gaming
- A range of sports
