Who are we?
ccha are a small local housing association based in central Croydon. We have around 40 employees so the organisation prides itself on having a small, family feel. Despite this we are constantly responding to change and things can be fast paced which makes it a vibrant and enjoyable environment. We have a hard working group of staff and require a bright and motivated Tenancy Management Officer to join us.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic housing officer to join our team. You would be delivering all the tenancy and neighbourhood management services for a patch of around 500 properties and carrying out estate inspections, fire compliance checks, dealing with tenant queries and issues and working with the team and other colleagues to ensure that we deliver an excellent service to our residents. The ideal candidate should have experience of dealing with complex anti-social behaviour cases and working using a multi-agency approach. As we are mainly home working due to COVID, the successful candidate will to be able to work autonomously but will have good communication skills to ensure the manager is kept up to date on tasks and important issues, and that colleagues feel informed on areas they need to be. Proficiency in using Cx housing management system would be beneficial.

We welcome applications with experience and/or qualifications in social housing.

You will be part of a close-knit team of 7, working alongside an existing Tenancy Management Officer, Administrator and colleagues who cover income, benefit and debt advice. ccha is keen to develop talent and there is scope within the role to help shape services and gain greater knowledge in housing specialisms.
