We are pleased to share that during the second quarter of 2016, guardians living in our properties have had a social impact value of £5,787.

Dot Dot Dot is a social enterprise that places people (referred to as property guardians) who do great volunteering in properties that would otherwise be empty.

Dot Dot Dot guardian have been living in ccha properties since May 2015. During the third quarter of 2016, guardians living in ccha properties have spent 418 hours volunteering. This equates to over 11 working weeks and a social impact value of over £5,787, based on an average public sector salary of £27,000.
