Leadership Team

Tracy CullenGraduating in 1991 with a degree in Civil Engineering, Tracy worked with Wimpey Environmental in the Energy and Building technology team who undertook several energy efficiency research projects for clients such as the Building Research Establishment. She then moved to Stanger Science and Environment as a Construction Material Consultant.

In 2001, Tracy made the transition into social housing as a Responsive Repair’s Surveyor, gaining a post graduate diploma in surveying along the way and has never looked back. She has been with ccha since 2008, starting as the Head of Property Services, moving on to the role of Director of Operations and lastly, Chief Executive in 2011. In social housing, she feels that she has found her purpose she takes pride in delivering a great service to residents and is committed to creating an environment of continuous improvement.

Tracy is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building, an avid reader, a dog lover, and a keen skier.

Sarah joined ccha as Director of Operations in 2018 before moving into the role of Director of Customers in 2021.  She currently sits on the Board of ccha Developments Limited as an executive member.

Prior to joining ccha, Sarah worked in social housing for 20 years, specialising in customer service, housing management and responsive repairs. Although falling into the world of ‘housing’ accidently, she was captured by the importance of good homes for everyone and the opportunities to improve services and work collaboratively with so many dedicated colleagues and partner organisations.

Sarah is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and holds a National Certificate in Housing Management & Maintenance (CIH), an Introductory Diploma in Management (ILM) and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Lancaster University.

Sarah enjoys sport and live music and is a keen rugby supporter.

Having been in the public sector for 15 years, Chrishanti thrives from using her skills and experience to support the local communities she’s works with.

Having been ccha’s Director of Finance & Resources since 2020, she has seen first-hand how, as a qualified ACMA CIMA Management Accountant, her broad strategic financial planning and performance management knowledge will help the organisation provide more affordable homes to the local community.

As a qualified ACMA CIMA Management Accountant, Chrishanti was Head of Finance for SeeAbility for 3 years and prior to this, 10 years as St Mungo’s/Broadway’s Financial Controller, as well as a member of their Strategic Management Team.

Chrishanti has directly seen and worked through the economic impact that the government’s legislative changes and priorities have had on the public sector and in particular the homelessness sector.

Steve began his housing sector career in 1999, following the completion of a HND in Building Studies. Starting as Technical Officer at GCHA (Gravesend Churches Housing Association), a small community-based RP, he developed his career to become the Director of Operations in 2007. During his time at GCHA he obtained the CIH CIOB level 4 qualification in Housing Maintenance Management and went on the be selected to take part in the NHF’s Influencing Academy 2019.

In early 2021, Steve was appointed as Director of Homes at ccha and now heads up both the development and property services function within the organisation.
